Shipping policy

Flow Like Water, LLC offers 1-3 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, Gemscent Bath Collection orders may experience delays. Standard business day shipping is FREE on orders $75. and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. For merchandise orders totaling less than $75., there is a delivery charge for Priority Shipping Rate Standard Day shipping. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.  

Gift Cards are shipped electronic separately from merchandise orders with USPS First Class Mail for FREE and arrive in 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is also available: 2 Day Shipping is according to USPS Priority rates. 

Hawaii & Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority) standard shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Shipping is FREE for orders $100 and over and under $100. Rates are according to USPS Priority rates.

P.O. Box

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $75.and over. Orders to P.O. Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE on orders $100. and over.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed.
